Sun Salutation, or Surya Namaskar is a sequence of postures that harmonize breath with movement, helping to awaken the body, calm the mind, and connect with the sun's radiant energy.

At Zen Daze,  you will learn to flow with your breath while moving mindfully. Modify as needed, honoring your body's needs and limitations. Let each movement be a meditation, a dance with the sun, as we salute the light within and around us.
